Return and Refunds

At Bharat Sewa Charitable Trust Nagina (Bijnor), we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all our charitable operations. This Return and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
1. Donations
All donations made to the Trust are non-refundable, as they are considered voluntary contributions to support our charitable activities.
If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and process a refund if justified.
2. Event Registrations / Paid Services (if applicable)
In the case of cancellations for any paid event, seminar, or health service organized by the Trust, refunds may be provided if:
The cancellation request is made at least 72 hours before the event.
The event is canceled or rescheduled by the Trust.
3. Product Sales (if applicable)
If any physical items (e.g., books, merchandise) are sold through our platform:
Returns will be accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging for a return to be processed.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval.

6. Right to Decline Refunds
The Trust reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the conditions outlined above or if abuse of our refund policy is suspected.
